Simon was born at a very early age and spent the first few years of his life...
...well maybe we shouldn't start that far back!
Simon trained at the Bristol Old Vic way back in the nineties when life was still good and dreams still intact. Since then he has had a variety of jobs ranging from running a 'Bust the Balloons' darts joint in an Australian travelling fair to Assistant Head Groundsman at Shiplake College.
Simon has also lent himself to a few acting jobs along the way, but none of them have been quite like working with Rebecca, Rosie and the ponies of Jive Pony which is always an extremely fun and rewarding time.
Tim's involvement with Jive Pony began a long time ago when he had a donkey ride as a very little boy on Blackpool Beach, little did Tim know it would lead to becoming one of the display team's 'Glamorous Assistants'.
After some riding lessons, Tim joined the Windrush Vaulting group in 2002 where he met Rosie and Rebecca who by now was working professionally. Rebecca would pop in on days off from the circus to give the team training tips. When the group closed, Tim thought it would be the last time he would vault. Equestrian Vaulting is such a unique sport it was going to be hard to replace it.
Recently, Rebecca and Rosie got in touch with Tim as Jive Pony were looking for a new 'Glamorous Assistant'. He got the job, along with Simon and a few others from the clown closet, and together they are affectionately known as Jive Pony's Glamorous Assistants!
Jive Pony the unique show with vaulting, acting, dancing, costume changes and a huge dose of humour! This show has the lot!
